24-Hour Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled based on coach availability.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling.

Emergency Exceptions

In cases of sudden illness or urgent emergencies, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion. For sessions at The Pink Light Stage, a $25 per hour rental fee may apply to reschedule your lesson, as the space is booked in advance.

Payment

All sessions must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Payments for one-on-one sessions & Workshops can be made by e-transfer or by credit card via our website.

Arrival Time

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. We always suggest coming a few minutes early. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

Workshop Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a workshop, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Your workshop payment will be saved as a credit and can be used toward a future monthly workshop. Refunds are not available for workshop cancellations.
